Joscelyn leverages more than 25 years of leadership experience across diverse industries, with expertise in leadership coaching, employee development, organization change management, and strategic planning.
She founded both the JSI Mentoring Leaders Program℠ for existing and emerging leaders and Mentoring Trailblazers℠ for professional women, while creating theJADE Strategies℠ – innovative tools for assessing and advancing leadership development. An award- winning coach and internationally certified in Personality Dimensions® facilitation, she has led hundreds of impactful training programs on executive performance, strategic planning, and emotional intelligence.
Joscelyn earned her BA from the University of Michigan and her MBA from the University of New Haven. She chairs the YouthTank Detroit board and is immediate past board chair of the Auburn Hills Chamber of Commerce. Recognized as one of CIO Views’ 2022 Top Ten Most Influential Leadership Coaches, she also received the Andrews Hooper Pavlik PLC Women’s Leadership Award and the Auburn Hills Chamber’s 2022 Board Member of the Year honor.
A Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses alumnus, Joscelyn previously led Hermes Communications, held a leadership role at Center Re New York, and directed strategy for United Way for Southeastern Michigan.
